Haitian Nation

In the past few weeks there have been two earthquakes in Haiti. The first one was a 7.0 on the Rictor Scale, which is the biggest earthquake in Haiti in 200 years! Eight days later the second one hit, it was a 6.1 on the Rictor Scale! Over 70,000 lives have been lost with these two earthquakes, it has been said that more Americans lives were lost than 911! I have noticed that a lot of people seem to not care, or don't want to hear about it, but seriously, a lot of us Americans are being so narrow minded because it is not our country! Not to sound rude but they do not realize some of our fellow American citizens were there when it happened! And besides Americans, so many more lives were lost from many other countries! So many people without parents now, without homes, food, even friends! And they are in need of some serious help! There are a few really great Earthquake Aids that are currently helping out the best that they can! Honestly I plan to contribute, and hopefully me posting this will help people realize that just because they aren't Americans they can help out too! Hope you liked my views! :D

What's a Rose?

A Rose to me is truthfully a symbol of Love. Not because the whole Valentines day Cliché, but because it’s a vibrant red, it’s such a deep one. I find that a symbol of love, a deep meaningful one, whether it’s for that special someone, some friends, or even family, it’s truly a beautiful thing like the rose it’s self.

And then the pedals, all grouped together, touching each other, shows the bond of needing someone, we all need someone in our lives to make us happy, no one can survive loneliness. That’s why we socialize, meet others, and make friends.

And lastly, the stem and thorns. I see the stem as life, a journey, where we create our own paths, and with that the thorns are simply little bumps in the road, the hard times, where you always have someone to help you make it though.

So when I see a Rose I see Love, Beauty, and Life.

Hope ya like!

High School Seniors

Ok, so I’m among the trillion and one seniors that will be graduating this year from High School! The main thing that a lot of us seniors are worried about is the fact that we will be leaving our friends behind, or we’ll be separated by different colleges. But the truth is that if they are true friends you wont lose them completely, seriously how many hours a day do you spend texting, instant messaging, e-mailing, and even on the phone!?

A good bit of time that’s for sure! Plus college doesn’t mean never seeing each other again, there are the days you both don’t have classes, and even the Holiday vacations! So for all the worried seniors…Stay in touch!

Any Idea Requests??? :D
